St. Joseph Health Prompt Care is staffed with a team of caregivers including
Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and Radiology
Technologists. There are four treatment rooms and an x-ray room, which
offers portable digital x-rays that can be sent electronically to the
Queen of the Valley’s radiologist who will work with the provider
to develop an appropriate treatment plan.
For your convenience and “no wait” diagnostic needs, your
primary care provider can refer you to Prompt Care for your blood draws
and x-rays. Prompt Care’s out-patient lab draw station will be open
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We know illness or injury can happen at the most inconvenient times. Our
Napa Urgent Care Center location is now open, every day, 10:00 a.m. to
8:00 p.m. Instead of going to the emergency room, urgent care centers
offer a more convenient, less expensive choice for situations that require
immediate medical attention but are not life-threatening, such as:
- Minor broken bones
- Sprains & sports injuries
- Ear infections
- Sinus infections & sore throats
- Colds & flu symptoms
- Mild allergic reactions
- Mild asthma
- Fever or rash
- Animal bites
- Minor cuts & burns
- Minor work-related injuries
- Urinary tract infections
