Terrible doctor on multiple levels
We arrived about 8:50 as the doors open at 9. About 7 patients were in line in front of us. The front desk had people sign in and then called them up for further info, which was very efficient. I would have liked to make an on-line appt., but they don't take those before opening.
The only issue I had with my experience at this urgent care was when my culture results came in I did not get a phone call. I called a week after my visit to check in and the results came back positive of an infection but no one called me when the results came in so I was left with my infection getting worse. That would be the only thing holding me back from revisiting this urgent care especially after I was told by the doctor that I would be getting a call even if the results came back negative. But positive test results should be told to the patient even if the doctor thinks it's not something that normally affects adults.
I have always had great experiences here, my experience not the best but with my son great. this survey based on my visit
