Providence St. Mary Open House

As you may be aware, as of January 1, 2023, Premier Healthcare is no longer affiliated with Providence St. Mary. This unfortunately results in patients no longer having access to Providence St. Mary’s wide network of care including our diverse group of specialists, multiple urgent cares, and in-network hospital access to Providence St. Mary Medical Center.

Your continued care and well-being are very important to us, and if you would like to remain within our Providence St. Mary network, please reach out to your health plan to select a new primary care provider within our network.

To assist you in this in this process and to answer any questions you may still have, we will be hosting two informational sessions at Senior Select, 19333 Bear Valley Rd., Suite 103, Apple Valley, CA at the following times:

Our staff will be available to meet with you and help answers your health care questions. We hope to also share more about our extensive senior benefits including a tour of our Senior Select facility which includes complimentary transportation for appointments, monthly senior health classes, extended visit times with physicians and more.
