Physician - Sonoma County

Providence is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team. In this role, you will handle all necessary hospital follow-ups, collaborate with our existing team of physicians and nurse practitioners, and diagnose and treat patients with headache disorders and general neurology issues. Experience with administering Botox injections for migraine patients is highly desirable. The Value of Working with Us

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care or neurology
  • Previous experience in neurology is a huge plus

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm schedule
  • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $161,701.00 and $207,071.00 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
