Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital’s Outpatient Behavioral Health Department
is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team in Santa Rosa, California.
This position focuses on mental health care in an outpatient facility,
providing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient
Program (IOP) levels of care. The Outpatient Behavioral Health psychiatrist/provider
is an essential part of a strong multidisciplinary team working in-person
in a collaborative, close-knit environment dedicated to providing excellent
patient care. There is also potential for growth into medical director
responsibilities. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact
in healthcare while contributing to a supportive and team-oriented practice.

- Compensation is between $260,160 and $358,467 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,
hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of
cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers
typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their
medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided
in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors
noted above.
