Al preguntarle al Dr. Sobre mi estado de salud sus respuestas fueron cortantes y en algunas ocasiones con cierta ironia y eso me hizo sentir muy incomoda.Al inicio de ano tuve durante cuatro meses neumonia y mi doctora me envio a hacerme algunos rayos X y solicito una cita con el Dr. Pathel, que tardaron mes y medio en darme la cita, al inicio el doctor me dijo que el me veia bien y que lo que yo tenia era apnea del sueno, me hizo una prueba de sueno y finalmente me recomendo una maquina que realmente me ha ayudado muchisimo y le agradezco ese acertado diagnostico pero le pregunte sobre el ultimo estudio de rayos X y le pregunte que en el diagnostico decia que tenia un problema cronico en mis pulmones y les pregunte respecto a eso y el simplemente me contesto: Yo soy el especialista y se que recetar... Y ya no me recomendo ningun otro estudio. La atencion del personal y recepcionistas fueron muy atentas, agradables y empaticas.

Dr. Praful Patel's care, knowledge and professional advice has been such a refreshing experience. It is obvious he is very dedicated to his work and commitment to give his patients excellent care while being very personable.

(Appointment was made bc Lung CT scan reflected an abnormality) during visit Dr Patel stated we could not email him with any further questionsn. Only if it's urgent because he's the only one ... We had just received shocking news and that is what Dr Patel said.Also during the delivery of the news he was not emphasizing with the situation. He came across as very matter of fact. Sure this is routine for him and not his health and life but this impactful news and a very scary situation for me. I'd prefer to see another pulmologist ( the office team and breathing specialist are great!!) Someone that cares about their patients and is available. Thank you.
