BMI and Blood Pressure Screenings

Tests of your body mass index and blood pressure help to determine if you are at risk of developing diabetes.

Foot Screening

A test to determine if foot ulcers or other lower limb extremity complications have developed due to diabetes.

Educational Sessions

The Diabetes Care Team will lead classes geared towards self-management tools for managing diabetes. Classes range from diabetic recipes, nutrition and exercise tips to self-monitoring and insulin pump tutorials.

Nutritional Consultation
