• Shifts include admitting, day rounding, swing and nights
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
• CME days and dollars
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
• Compensation is between $295,864 and $400,286 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Sonoma County

The county offers a strong sense of community, and families can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities in the area’s state and regional parks. Higher education is easily accessible at Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University.
