Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center is actively seeking a dedicated
Hospitalist to join our esteemed medical team nestled in the scenic Napa
Valley. The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive inpatient care,
collaborate effectively with specialists, and ensure exceptional patient
outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting. This position offers a unique

well-being. The Hospitalist will be instrumental in managing acute medical
conditions, facilitating seamless patient transitions, and enhancing the
overall quality of care within our facility.

Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
- Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month
- Total cash compensation is between $325,000 to $365,000 per year (Salary
is based on Full-time)
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,
hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of
cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance
and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this
salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to
variation due to the factors noted above.
