Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Pulmonology/ Sleep Medicine - Santa Rosa, CA (423732)

Providence Medical Group is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our outpatient Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine team and deliver high-quality care to our community. This position is exclusively outpatient, with no inpatient or critical care responsibilities. This role offers a predictable schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. Prior experience in Pulmonary and/or Sleep Medicine is preferred; however, we are also open to qualified candidates who are motivated to learn. The selected candidate will provide routine patient care and manage both acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with an experienced supervising physician, and through implementation of standardized clinical procedures.

• Compensation is between $160,115 and $192,069 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call

stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
