Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner – Napa County
Providence Medical Group in conjunction with Queen of the Valley Hospital
is seeking an inpatient Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant to join their team in Napa, California. This is a per diem position
with a tenured, passionate, and collaborative group that works closely
together. The role in this consultative team involves providing palliative
care, in collaboration with hospitalists, intensivists and specialty services,
for patient care in the acute setting at Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
The regional team, which includes Napa, Sonoma, and Eureka, offers extensive
support. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with experience working
with interdisciplinary teams, comfortable with independent practice, and

- Compensation is between $76.98 and $92.34 an hour
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and
may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,
hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of
cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance
and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this
salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to
variation due to the factors noted above.
