    All good experiences with the provider, his assistant, and receptionist. Using MyChart also adds ease of communication to my provider on and off business hours.

    The nurse and the doctor and the lady who took blood, were very knowledgeable and courteousThe front seat was so busy I had to wait 2 hours
    This was my first visit with the St. Jude Heritage group and specifically my new primary doctor, Dr. Valdez. Dr. Valdez was very open to listening to all my questions and concerns. As a new patient, he set me up with a cardiologist, orthopedist, imaging, blood work and a colonoscopy. It was a very pleasant and promising visit.

    Dr. Valdez is a board certified Internal Medicine physician who also completed an Infectious Disease fellowship training program. He uses a comprehensive approach to patient care that emphasizes a strong doctor-patient relationship. This promotes shared decision making based on evidenced-based practices. He believes preventative care and management of chronic conditions are key components to minimizing hospitalizations and improving quality of life. Read More
