We have been trying to see so.eo e different, but the selections are slim and it's hard to get an appointment now. Dr. Tow always seems to be yelling and you can hear her talking to people 2 door down from your room. .y son discovered a lump on his head about 2 In behind his left ear, she just said It's a lymph node. Nothing was offered to make sure, no labs or ultrasounds. She was about to leave in maybe 60 seconds. I stopped her and asked about my so s fasting sugar. His neurologist asked us to follow up on It, because they thought It was high, so then she looked at the result. I asked If we could repeat that test, because the neurologist told us to, she ended up ordering that and A1c. I don't think we have ever been able to refer out to a specialist through this doctor. When they were sick In the past, she always says to take honey and lose weight. The bed side manner is non existent and she barely ever asks my kids anything.

The provider didn't seem to care about my concerns nor bothered to take time to listen to my questions regarding my child's care.
