    Dr. Simpson is always very calm, pleasant, professional and attractive.
    I'm surprised no questions related to MyChart. I was able to communicate my urgent concern with Dr. Simpson via MyChart message on a Sunday evening (December [Date]).Monday morning (December [Date]), I received a call from Dr. Simpson's office staff. I was able to get an immediate appointment on December [Date]. This is the first time in all the years I've been a patient of Dr. Simpson that I have felt a need to see her outside of the normal scheduled appointments. Getting an appointment so quickly is an example of outstanding patient care. Dr. Simpson and staff should be recognized for responding so quickly.
    Dr. Simpson is an asset to your organization. She is very effective, professional and has excellent demeanor. Kudos to her.
