Johanna Su, MD

I'm roughly 27 weeks pregnant. I understand monthly-to-biweekly appointments to check in on the baby and myself. However, when Dr. Su enters the treatment room to chat with me, I don't receive warmth, a smile, or a genuine cared-for feeling. She immediately starts her "this what is happening and what to expect at this time of pregnancy" spiel. I very much acknowledge her profession and medical knowledge. But, as happy as I am to have a healthy pregnancy and meet our first baby in 3 months, I don't get excited to meet with Dr. Su - and she will be the one delivering my baby (hopefully). Please keep my comments anonymous. Just thought I should share that her energy and presence should be warmer with mom-to-be as so much change is happening and coming. And her bringing warmth can cause a necessary peace and comfort to each appointment. The medical staff are so so wonderful - so smiley and warm and a pleasure to work with while taking blood pressure or ultrasound appts.

Felt comfortable and safe in this environment. I was treated with courtesy, respect and gentleness by the front office, nurses and doctor. The doctor was patient with my questions and helped me get referrals.

Dra.Su and her team is very nice, friendly and treat patients well.

It's my first time to see Dr. Su and I'm very satisfied. Bed side manner, I am impressed !
