    Dr. Spivak is a great doctor. In the last 3 years I have seen 5 of the ob/gyns at Providence. 2 have left Providence, 1 was temporary and 1 is retiring. This situation needs attention.
    The doctor was very easy to talk to, she made me feel comfortable
    Doctor came in with preconceived ideas about my body and situation, instead of listening to my concerns and tests I wanted to run, I was told there's no need and keep doing the same thing I was which is not what the appoint my regular provider had made it for.

  • Meet The Provider
    Biography
    Helene Spivak is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist having started her practice in Sonoma County in Rohnert Park and Petaluma in 1989 and remaining in practice for nearly 20 years. She then joined Kaiser in Petaluma and worked there for 13 years, then recently joined Providence medical group in June 2022. She went to college at the University of California San Diego, then went to medical school at Loyola University in Chicago, then did her residency training in OB/GYN in San Francisco. In her spare time she loves to travel, snow ski, bicycle both road and mountain, read, and eat delicious fresh Sonoma County food. She has 3 children and 3 dogs.
