Brian Shin, DO

Dr. Brian Shin is a board-certified family medicine physician who began his medical career proudly serving his country as a US Navy Corpsman (FMF). After being honorably discharged, he graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences, attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed his residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health before moving back home to Orange County.

Dr. Shin's areas of expertise include management of diseases/conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, and certain mental health conditions like depression. He utilizes a holistic approach to patient care based on the philosophy that patients are unique and may require special attention to address specific needs or underlying barriers to care. Dr. Shin believes in empowering his patients to optimize their health through patient education, disease prevention, and promotion of healthy lifestyle changes.
