    Dr. Pace is double board certified in internal medicine physician and lifestyle medicine with 15 years of clinical experience. She holds additional certification in the Blue Zones approach to longevity and well-being.

    Dr. Pace is passionate about preventing and treating chronic disease by first determining their underlying cause. Much of chronic illness traces back to daily habits: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and connection. Her practice is built around identifying and addressing these root causes, not just managing symptoms.

    She takes a whole-person approach to care, working with patients to build sustainable, personalized plans across the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and social connection. Her focus includes geriatric and chronic disease management, helping patients not just add years to their life, but life to their years.
