    This was a unique first visit after my doctors retirement. My main goal was to be transferred to to a st. Jude cardiologist due to changes in our families health; my wife's dementia has worsened with growing anxiety and increasing costs of having someone stay with her in my absence. I also have developed wetMD and drive as little as possible. St. Jude is much closer, much more familiar (worked in the area for 30 years), with all my doctors clustered in the same area. Dr. PEDICINI Was very supportive and encouraging of this move in light of the medical changes, even making sure I had referrals.

    Biography

    Dr. Robert Pedicini is a cardiologist practicing in Orange County. He grew up in Boston and completed medical school at Tufts University. He then moved to southern California where he completed his internship, residency, and cardiology fellowship at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

    Dr. Pedicini has published many scientific journal articles and abstracts. His areas of expertise and clinical areas of interest include noninvasive imaging, vavular heart disease, congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathies, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, pericardial diseases, myocardial infarction, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. He believes that every treatment plan should be tailored to a patient’s individual needs.

    Outside of medicine, he is an avid hiker and also enjoys traveling the world.
