Lisa Park, NP

NP Park lacks professionalism. I waited an hour for my appt time, after she canceled 15 minutes before my previous schedule appt that same morning. When I have a question it takes 3-5 business days to get a response. I also feel like she is judging my lifestyle and does not take me serious about my health concerns. I feel like my last appt was a waste of time considering she spent a max of 5 minutes in the room with me for a prescription refill that could have been a phone call. I am now having a hard time filling said prescription, and I ran out last week. Overall, I am very frustrated, dissatisfied, and upset.

This is the first time I saw the PA because my Doctor was not available for an appt. I waited an hour, and spent maybe 4 minutes with Dr. Park. All she did was give me a referral.

Good experience with everyone. Definitely better quality of care, especially with any health concerns that require treatment or follow-up, than [ID]

It was my first time meeting Lisa and it was a really positive experience. She really listened well and conveyed that she understood and cared about my issue. I learned a lot and appreciated the time she spent with me.
