There was a change in the type of test I am having but it was not really explained why it was removed.

I don't remember any bad experiences. The good experiences are getting an appointment and speaking with either the doctor or his nurse practitioner.

All person's in office were very helpful and understood to face me while speaking since I read lips. Am deaf and they had no objections about my husband coming with me in case I couldn't read someone's lips. They did talk TO ME, no my husband and would repeat the question a second time if I didn't not get what they were saying. They did not seem irritated at having to repeat themselves to me. It's very hard to read medical terms since it not used in everyday language. All staff that I came in contact were very professional and caring. Thanks for your wonderful services.
