    Biography
    Dr. Nelms is passionate about caring for women through every stage of life, with a commitment to providing compassionate and personalized care. She believes the foundation for healthcare is trust, and seeks to empower her patients to make informed decisions about their health and the health of their growing families. Dr. Nelms earned her medical degree from the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she regularly cared for women facing serious pregnancy complications. There, she gained a profound appreciation for the strength, resilience, and courage of the women she serves. As the oldest of three sisters, Dr. Nelms approaches every patient with the same guidance and support that she would offer her own family.
