    Everything is good, but sometimes appointments are not available, and it takes months to get one

    Good
    Dr. Munir is professional and kind. He is quick to identify the concern and provide care or referral when needed. He does not spend much time during the visit but he does not come across as dismissive either. In person visits are easier with him. Virtual visits do seem rushed but that's probably because telecommunication feels impersonal and awkward, especially when there is a language barrier and translation needed.
    Everything was good, except the time I needed to see my doctor was 6 weeks for an appointment.

    Biography
    Dr. Mazen Munir is an experienced, Family Medicine Physician who has been providing medical care in the high desert since 2007. He worked as a hospitalist for the past 10 years and served as Chief of Family Medicine department at St. Mary Medical Center for the past 2 years. He is committed to continue providing much needed primary care services to members of the High Desert communities.

    Dr. Munir completed medical school in 2000 at Autonomous University of Guadalajara and received his medical doctor degree from New York Medical College. He had his Family Medicine training and residency at Maine Dartmouth Family Practice, Augusta, Maine in 2007.     Read More
