    I had a wonderful experience once Donna entered the room. However, I wasn't seen until 75 minutes after my appointment time. I felt very unseen while waiting that long. Thankfully, she did such a great job of addressing my questions that I felt very seen and cared for by her. I wish the wait wasn't quite so long, though. Also, I saw her in the first place because my primary care physician, Dr. Lu, is very hard to see in a timely manner. I usually have to wait 2-3 months for an appointment.
    Very happy with my group!
    Nurse practitioner Donna McKenzie is always courteous and thoughtful and listens to everything you have to say. She is very thorough with the exams and I'm very happy with her service.
