Teresa Lee, MD

Friendly and approachable. These two words perfectly describe Dr. Lee and her approach to patient care. In fact, it was during college that Dr. Lee was identified by many of her peers for her compassionate and friendly personality. And those same individuals encouraged her to pursue a career in medicine as they knew she would be a success.

Dr. Lee’s focus is on collaborating with and listening to her patients. She believes it is extremely important to gain the input of her patients in order to develop a plan that is best suited for the individual.

She chose to become a pediatrician as she enjoys working with kids and serving as a resource for both her patients and their parents. According to Dr. Lee, “I appreciate the opportunity afforded to me to serve as a guide and mentor for these children. At the end of the day, my goal is happy, healthy kids and that is where I place my focus.”

Dr. Lee earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency at the University of California, San Diego.

Conversational in Cantonese, Dr. Lee is married and a mom of two children. When she finds spare time, she enjoys reading and exercising.
