Judy Losco, DO

I have received excellent care from Dr Losco for many years because I always feel my health is important to her and she is very detailed. She is always patient listening to my concerns and issues. Her recommendations/referrals to specialists turn out very good care too.

Dr. Losco is excellent, thorough in her care and very pleasant. She orders medicines, testing and submits referrals promptly when needed. I've had some health challenges recently and Dr. Losco has gone above and beyond to help with proper diagnosis and treatment. Though it is nit in her control, I have noted some system issues with referrals. Several times I had had referrals submitted by Dr. Losco "held in some administrative que" before being sent to Tricare. This seems bizarre and has caused delays in specialist care for me in the past. I would suggest removing administrative reviews for physician submitted referrals. They should go to insurance plans immediately so they can be reviewed by them and processed promptly. Getting appointments with specialist can take months as is minimizing any initial processing delays should be the goal. I will continue to use Providence because of Dr. Losco and the care she provides!
