    Dr checked on with me before surgery and explained surgery
    He did not provide specific instructions for frequency and duration of hand exercises. His information regarding my physical restrictions differed from what doctor told me

    William was very attentive and measured during responses, which made me feel confident in his abilities for my pending surgery. During my pre op he answered all my questions and even brought in Dr Tham who confirmed Williams understanding of xray results and impact on surgery. They are a great team and work well together well.
    I was treated with such kindness and consideration. Really great experience
    I truly appreciate all of the nurses and staff who took care of me during this time after my broken finger. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. They made a stressful situation much easier by explaining everything clearly and treating me with patience and compassion. I'm very grateful for the care and support I received. Thank you all for your dedication and for going above and beyond.
