Valerie Hillis is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners certified NP who has been working in Southern California for 10 years. She received her Masters Degree in Nurse from California State University, Long Beach. She has spent eight years working in pain management.
Valerie's area of expertise is adult pain management in the outpatient setting. Her clinical areas of interest include spine pain, headache, joint pain and neuropathic pain. Her philosophy of care is that the provider must listen to the patient and partner with the patient so that the patient's best possible quality of life may be achieved. Valerie's hobbies include reading, hiking, and choral singing.
