    Dr. Hsu was very prepared for my appointment. I'm a new patient and this was my first visit. She had reviewed my medical records on line the previous day. She explained everything thoroughly and even drew some pictures during her explanation. She informed me of all the options I had and gave me a referral for another doctor she wanted me to see. I will definitely continue to see her!

    Dr Hsu is an amazing provider. As a FNP and dealing with doctors my entire adult life. I've been impressed by her kindness, compassion, and understanding. One of my favorites of all time.
    Everyone at this office is incredible, all of the nurses, front desk workers, Dr's and assistants. I always feel supported, informed and taken care of.
    This provider interrupted me multiple times, told me my symptoms are not that bad and that she doesn't want to go through the process of diagnosing my condition because it is too complicated. I felt gaslit, unheard, and rushed.

    Biography
    Dr. Karen Hsu specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Originally from San Diego, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California Berkeley. She then moved to New York, where she earned her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center and completed her residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine - Mount Sinai Hospital. While there, she was the recipient of a Global Health Fellowship and has devoted her time to projects in Liberia and Peru. Dr. Hsu practices the full scope of obstetrics and gynecology, and treats patients of all ages. She believes in providing comprehensive, personalized, evidence-based care through clear communication and trust. She looks forward to building relationships with her patients, and feels privileged to be a part of their care through the different stages of life. Read More
