    Biography
    Sula Goldenberg have experience working with elders, adults, children, adolescents and families. Most of her clients come seek therapy because they struggle with anxiety and/or depression as a result of transitions, grief, relationship struggles, the psychological impact of illness, trauma, the challenges of parenting, and dissatisfaction with life, work and love. She is always curious and interested in learning more about the deeper sources of suffering. It is her belief that symptoms such as depression and anxiety serve as pointers to areas in need of attention and growth. Her practice is unique in that she help her clients not only learn tools to cope more effectively with their symptoms, but she also strive to help them unearth the deeper sources of their distress and access their own wisdom to create transformation, healing and growth. Her approach is warm, respectful, and interactive. She is culturally responsive, have a compassionate heart, and strive to create a safe space where clients can feel authentically themselves and become more of who they truly are.
