    My "long time" primary care doctor was changing his "billing procedure" and he gave his patients a list of potential new care givers. Dr. Gantes was on that list and his office was closer to my residence. I made an appointment with Dr. Gantes and arrived 30 minutes early. It was another hour before Dr.Gantes appeared! I like him but he seemed in a hurry. He reordered prescriptions for me and said I should come back in two(2) months. I think I will like him. He has a nice personality. I hope we can get to know each other on a doctor/patient relationship?

    Biography

    Oscar Gantes, MD, is a board-certified family medicine doctor. He speaks English and Spanish. Dr. Gantes earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC. He completed both his internship and residency at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, CA. Dr. Gantes became a doctor because he enjoys connecting with people. He also likes solving complex problems. Dr. Gantes is passionate about educating his patients. He works with them to find solutions to their health problems. Dr. Gantes is friendly and eager to learn. In his free time, Dr. Gantes enjoys jogging, cooking and traveling.
