First time I had an appointment set up with this provider. The provider seemed nice to start with , but she did not take a close look at my face , or use magnifier to confirm my facial skin issue. She was sitting far from me . I asked her to look at my facial skin hoping she will notice itchy/burning dots on my face.I did not hear from her any explanation regarding my issue, or confirmation of some sort. She just acted as though there is nothing on my face . Finally I asked if she is going to recommend a solution . She said , she will give me meds for eczema/psoriasis .Went to pick up my meds, there was a shampoo ordered for me ?? I had to call back later and make sure if I need to use shampoo on my hair or face ?? Pharmacist did not know why a shampoo ? They said may you need to apply to your face .Very disappointing viisit. Felt lke waste of time.
