    Dr. Franks is very good doctor. She is also very personable. I trust her as a doctor and a human being. If only every physician was like her, the world would be a much better place.
    Dr. Franks is a good doctor. I have been seeing her as my gynecologist for almost 30 years. In that time we have probably spoken 100 words to each other. She is not the most verbose , personable person, but she is efficient. Luckily, I have not ever been plagued with gynecological problems to warrant much of a conversation with her. She is very friendly to me in that she smiles when she greets me.
    The office is efficient with quick turn around.
    Always up to date on my medical needs. Listens well and is concerned and compassionate.
    Everyone was friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. My well being seemed of utmost concern. I did not feel rushed during the visit and was very comfortable. I appreciated the thorough response to my questions.
