I always feel heard and cared about with Dr. Franks. I had a concern that she addressed and ordered more testing to make sure nothing serious is going on. She also read results and messaged me very quickly which I greatly appreciate.

When I asked about a complication with the medication, my question was answered with a condescending tone that made me feel stupid. She continued that tone up until the pelvic exam. I honestly wanted to cry because I don't want someone who plans on giving a pelvic exam to speak to me that way. It feels violating and deeply uncomfortable. Whatever happened to doctors providing a safe space for patients? I've asked for a different doctor but apparently I'm stuck with her because of my insurance. Please advise her to check her attitude at the door and to remember that she's dealing with human beings that are anxious and worried when visiting her office. I think that's common sense but I guess money blinds doctors too.

Dr Franks is always kind & considerate. Her office staff are pleasant & easy to work with.

Great doctor who is very understanding and patient.
