    I was referred to Dr. Frye by another provider (not in your system). It turned out my needs would be better handled by another department. Dr. Frye was very gracious and helped me schedule an upcoming provider in the proper specialty. She was a good listener and helped direct me to best address my problem. I felt comforted by her praise of the skills of the doctor she scheduled me with.

    This provider did NOT even act like she was involved with any of my care. All she did was type everything I said. Had zero questions for me & had zero interest in my concerns. I was seen very late, I was a new patient & she spent less than 5 minutes with me & sent me on my way. Awful experience & I NEVER ever complain about any of my visits with Providence. I always have wonderful experiences, this time not so much.
    I was unsure about the procedure I would be having and nervous. I left the office with peace of mind. I was impressed with staffing from the time I entered the Office and had a positive attitude leaving. Excellent experience.
    I appreciated the time we spent discussing my health related issues and the supplements I am taking as well as possible food allergies.

    Jordan Frye is a NCCPA-certified physician assistant.

    Following her undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University, Jordan attended PA school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

    Jordan believes in creating meaningful patient-provider relationships and focus on patient-centered care with shared decision-making.
