    I had a wonderful experience during my appointment with Dr. Fuentes. She was kind and empathetic and answered all the questions and concerns I had. The appointment was also quick and efficient. I would definitely be willing to make future appointments with her if my PCP is booked.

    Some question don't apply/ I was referred to Dr. Jennifer because I needed a pre opt re my upcoming surgery.. Dr. Jennifer was kind enough to see me on short notice very much appreciated. The experiences was fine and Dr Jennifer was very thorough. When needed I would have no problem making my appointment with Dr. Jennifer.
    Dr Fuentas was very kind, understood my concerns, and proactive in requesting my referral and also for physical therapy for once I'm healed.
    Pleased that I received a same day appointment

    Jennifer Fuentes is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 17 years of experience in family medicine. She has 15 years of experience working in walk-in clinics. Prior to working with Providence, she dedicated over seven years practicing primary care at the St. Jude Neighborhood Clinic helping the underserved and providing care for vulnerable populations.
