    Aileen is amazing. My mom see her every 3 months for pain management for both her shoulders. Timely Injection helps her to function daily and manage her pain.
    I have back pain problems and pain management monitors it and provides me with excellent care.
    I like Ms Estrada. This colors my comments. She is no fool and Is In charge of our meetings. She is considerate and has a long memory. A long memory tends to make me feel Important even though my case Is not as serious other people's.
    Very good service from my Dr.
    I do research myself to see if there's anything we can do to alleviate some of my pain and increase my Mobility. Aileen Is always ready to listen to the information and follow through to see if it would benefit me. She has a very caring attitude.An appeal usually has to be done for every sedation referral and Aileen always sends in a second request for the approval in a timely manner even though I also send in an appeal.I appreciate her help, knowledge and caring attitude.
