    This visit was to establish a clinical relationship with Dr. Davy. My past primary care has been with the VA in Santa Rosa. I also want to establish care with a local Dr. That Is why I saw Dr. Davy. My first visit went very well as she listened to my medical history and responded accordingly. I look forward to our relationship.

    Biography
    Dr. Michelle Davey grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and has deep roots in Sonoma County, where her family spent summer vacations at the family cabin near Occidental. She attended medical school just outside Chicago, at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Davey is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who has been practicing in Guerneville, at the Russian River Health Center, for the past 18 years. She next had a twenty year stint with a local Community Health Center before joining Providence. Dr. Davey has had an interest in HIV medicine throughout her career and has been certified as an HIV Expert through the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has also been trained in medical acupuncture and enjoys combining this ancient modality with her traditional Western Medicine training.
