    Biography
    Dr. Salvador Calaf is well-versed in all aspects of kidney care, including end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and dialysis management. This extends to home therapies including peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis.Dr Calaf joined our practice in 2014 shortly after completing his Nephrology Fellowship at the esteemed Houston Methodist under the tutelage of Dr Wadi Suki. He is a Puerto Rico native, and fell in love with the Sonoma weather and culture shortly after moving here. He is the medical director of the Rohnert Park Satellite Dialysis Unit, and sees patients in our Santa Rosa and Lakeport clinics. Read More
