Olivia is a very pleasant person to talk to, she showed concern on getting my test procedures. The receptionists and staffs are polite and friendly.

The provider failed to listen with compassion & empathy. She was very clinical & didn't care to understand our need to have medical clearance for surgery completed that day and even though our usual provider had stated in the medical record we were cleared for surgery she didn't want to provide clearance unless further testing was done. This would have delayed our scheduled surgery for an additional 2 months after almost a year getting is scheduled. She came across as haughty & that she knew better than our regular provider. When making the appt to get surgical clearance it took forever for someone to contact us - 2 weeks & then we were told no one was available prior to our scheduled surgery date. Again we were asked to reschedule the surgery. Not sure if everyone understands how difficult it is to schedule 5 surgeons and the hospital for a 12 hour surgery but apparently no one cared. Overall poor experience.
