    Biography
    Jennifer Carr is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner Manager with extensive experience caring for patients across the lifespan. While certified in family practice, she has spent much of her career working in pediatrics and has a special passion for caring for children and supporting parents as they navigate their family's healthcare needs. She also enjoys caring for older adults, particularly through Annual Wellness Visits that focus on prevention, education, and helping patients maintain their quality of life. Jennifer's areas of expertise include family medicine, pediatric care, preventive health, chronic disease management, patient education, and wellness-focused care. Her clinical interests center on partnering with patients and families to promote healthy lifestyles and achieve the best possible health outcomes. Jennifer's philosophy of care is to support the body's natural ability to heal whenever possible while incorporating evidence-based medicine and scientific advancements when needed. She believes healthcare is most effective when providers listen carefully, educate patients, and work collaboratively to develop individualized care plans. Guided by her faith and commitment to service, she strives to care for every patient with compassion, respect, and integrity. Her favorite aspect of the provider-patient relationship is building trust through meaningful conversations.
