    Biography
    Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Alvin Chan is a neurosurgeon with expertise in brain and spine surgery. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed his neurosurgical residency at UC Irvine. Driven by a passion for complex cases, he pursued fellowship training in skull base and cerebrovascular surgery. Dr. Chan has contributed significantly to the field of neurosurgery, publishing over 70 journal articles and book chapters. Outside of his demanding practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their three children, as well as pursuing his interests in sports, the ocean, and travel. Read More
