    Tracy Bloom is an excellent provider, professional and caring. She always listens and addresses all my concerns.
    I felt like she didn't really care and just sent me on my way and referred me to other specialist. I don't know what the purpose of the appt was because we made no progress in any area. In fact, I'm going back to my old provider an hour away.
    Tracy Bloom was refreshing. It was the first time I was meeting her as I was changing my main doctor. I felt listened to, not judged and my BP was normal.

    Biography
    Tracy Bloom is a board certified Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and Family Medicine. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 1998. She graduated from Wayne State University in 2000 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing with the certification of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. In 2015 she completed a Post-Master’s certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Sonoma State University. Tracy has held other Nursing positions during her 30 year career including serving in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1995 as a flight nurse and delivering compassionate care to patients at the end of their lives through her work with Napa Valley Hospice. For the last 16 years, Tracy has practiced at Queen of the Valley Medical Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in the field of Cardiology and managing hospitalized patients with significant cardiac disorders including arrhythmias, heart failure, and myocardial infarctions. In November of 2019, she made the transition to the outpatient medical practice to focus on disease prevention and looks forward to serving the families in Napa with all their healthcare needs.
