    Biography
    Janet has been providing psychotherapy focused on meaningful growth and healing for 17 years. Certified in EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and Havening Techniques, she works extensively with trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions and depression. She is also a Level 2 clinician through the IFS institute and will complete certification in 2027. Janet works with individual patients only (no marital or family counseling services).
