  • This was my first visit to this Dr. Although I appreciate the fact that he is both a well respected Dr. and one who also deals with the same condition for which I visited, I do not appreciate being told that there is no pain associated with the disease. I know it is true that for most people with this condition there is no pain associated. My brother also has the condition and has no pain, as does the Dr. You can not tell me when mine becomes inflamed after certain activities, or sometimes for no apparent reason I get searing, tearing, involuntary yelp out loud pain emanating from the areas of my hands that are corded from this disease that I am imagining the pain. Pain and itching are not unheard of with this condition, and I have both.
I've never had a bad experience with anyone in this office. everyone is very professional and considerate!
I came to Dr. Bitner for a second opinion. I was so pleased with his response and his explanation of why I am having the problems I am having. I felt complete confidence in him and will be changing my care to Dr. Bitner. He took time to explain my condition and listen to my concerns. Was very friendly and didn't make me feel like I was taking too much of his time. Very Thankful..
wait time was longer than 15 min.
Felt very comfortable with Dr. Bitner and his staff. Had difficulty communicating with the scheduler for an MRI and lab.
