    Very pleased to get an appt as soon as I did. I did not have any bad experiences, I would like to have had more time. I have a hearing problem, and am older , takes more time for me to digest what is being said.

    Dr. Buchanan was attentive and answered my questions. She also recommended that I follow up with a dermatologist to take a closer look at mole she seemed a little concerned with.
    Dr. Buchanan is great. She always treats me well and makes sure my questions and concerns are followed up. We often interact virtually via my charts. I always get a response either from her directly or from her medical assistants, which I really appreciate. Sometimes I have to follow up with an extra message but it's never a problem because my concerns are handled well.
    She was courteous, listened attentively, answered my questions in a manner I could understand.
    This visit was a referral for a follow up issue. The doctor listened to my concerns and I was advised she would be in contact with my results via portal and/or phone.
