Really appreciated Carla's caring nature. She listened to what I had to say and gave advice. She did not just dismiss my concerns. Instead, she talked to me like I was someone she cared about, and she explained everything she was doing.

I waited 30 min to see the provider then it was very rushed because I had another appointment for an ultrasound right after. She was nice and respectful but she didn't know anything about my history, how far along I was, etc. I also wish the team was more informative about being able to receive vaccines there. I asked about all the vaccines during one of my visits and it wasn't mentioned that all of them are available when you go in for your appointments so I scheduled one outside at a pharmacy which wasn't necessary. I had the option of just getting them there at the clinic.
