    Dr. Tiffany Anderson Terrell, DO, widely known as “Dr. TAT,” is a board-certified family physician and hospice & palliative care specialist with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients in the Chino and Chino Hills area. She completed her medical degree at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and her family medicine residency at Chino Valley Medical Center, and she now owns and leads her independent family medicine and palliative care practice locally. Dr. Anderson Terrell provides full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, from children and teens to adults and seniors. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and supportive care for patients living with serious or complex illness, integrating her background in hospice and palliative medicine with a holistic osteopathic approach. Deeply rooted in the Chino Valley, Dr. TAT is known for her warm, straightforward communication style and active involvement in the local community. She emphasizes patient-centered, relationship-based care, taking time to listen, educate, and partner with patients and their families to create clear, personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and quality of life.
