    Biography

    While I enjoy all aspects of adult medicine, I particularly enjoy caring for the elderly. Older adults have unique needs, concerns and issues – and protecting their health not only requires an expertise in chronic and complex health issues, but a willingness to listen carefully and proactively look for ways to guard their well-being and independence.

    Medical issues can present very differently in older adults with often subtle symptoms; identifying those issues early is essential. With a patient's active involvement, we develop a plan for improving their health, vitality and quality of life.

    Having seen first-hand in my own family the value of quality medical care for aging parents and grandparents – and the cost of inattentive care – I am committed to offering exceptional care to this important population.
