Mission Heritage Medical Group offers quality diagnostic imaging testing for patients of all ages, in all stages and variations of health and disease. These tests allow physicians to make comprehensive evaluations, and diagnose, plan and monitor treatments.

1. Your doctor’s office must write an order to receive this service.
2. Your doctor’s office should check your health plan benefit prior to this service.
3. Please schedule an appointment at one of the locations that offers the service below. Walk-in service is not available.
