  • After I was referred to Dr Oday I will not see another OB. She has been amazing! Listens and takes the time to explain and makes sure I understand. Her office is amazing as well. Respectful and wait time isn't long. I have referred a few family members and friends to her as well. They all say the same about her and her office.
I have seen her for few years and I have noticed the service I received the last two to three times had been bad. I was put in the waiting room for at least an hour and when I was seen it was like a super rush. She also does not take the time to explain and it feels she is not attending to the concern I have. I was told she is super busy and also if patient has no need to follow up a result, unless there is a concern in the result. I feel they want to make you come back to received the copay. I think medical group should make sure doctors are not asking patient back for unexessayy visits.
I am having abnormal symptoms. I wasn't able to see my doctor but saw her PA who was very nice and referred me for further testing. When I checked out that day, I made an appt to return to discuss test results but when I returned, they did not show my appt. I was able to come in the next day and see my doctor. I had to wait 45 minutes total to be seen and was not told I would be having a biopsy done. The biopsy didn't result in a large enough sample, so I was rescheduled but had to wait a month to be seen. When I came in, I was kept waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time and was only seen because I got dressed and was on my way out in tears. I think Dr. O'Day is a very good physician and very caring of her patients, but I'm not impressed with the front desk staff who seem scattered and unhappy and didn't handle my appointments correctly 2 out of 3 times.

I received great care and courtesy from Dr. O'Day. She was very reassuring and sensitive to my needs. Although we met under emergency conditions, she was able to quickly make me feel confident in her care and well taken care of.
Dr. O'Day is a wonderful & caring doctor. I am thankful to have her as my doctor.
